How does the Sugar Bomb work?

When the pointer stops on a Sugar Bomb segment, the game draws a random multiplier and spins the wheel again. No bets are settled, none are removed, and whatever the next spin produces is multiplied by the Sugar Bomb value. If the follow-up spin is a number, the number's payout is multiplied.
