What does the reduced inside-bet payout actually cost?

What does the observed feature rate actually mean for an inside bettor?

Less than the headline number suggests. Since 28 August 2026 our tracker has recorded a Fortune Multiplier on the winning number in 2,606 of 20,638 rounds, 12.63%, but the median paid value in those rounds was just 1.00x. The average was pulled up to 16.04x by a small number of large hits: rounds paying 10x or more made up the entire 12.63% feature share, 50x or more 9.84%, and 100x or more only 4.42%.

For a player with chips on one specific number, the maths is stricter still. A single number wins about once in 37 spins, and only a fraction of those wins will also carry a meaningful multiplier or land the Chest. Most sessions on a single number will see either no win at all or a plain 23:1 result; the standout hits, like the 1,284.00x recorded on number 26 on 4 September 2026, are rare events layered on top of a rare win.

Does covering more numbers change the trade-off?

It raises the chance of some result each round without changing the underlying math per chip. Placing one unit on each of several numbers increases the odds that one of them wins, and proportionally the odds that a winning number carries a Fortune Multiplier or the Chest, but it also multiplies the amount at risk per round in the same proportion.

The Chest feature adds a wrinkle here: because it combines every active Fortune Multiplier on the board, covering more numbers with inside bets does not increase your chance of collecting the Chest value unless one of your covered numbers is the Chest number itself, and the Chest number is picked independently of how many chips you have on the table.
